THE TREE
Before welcoming their own six children into the world, Gelin and Philomene demonstrated their selfless nature by informally adopting two remarkable individuals. The first was Oriol Cange Benoit, the son of Gelin's brother Vitesse, while the second was Lyonel Peltrop Lemaine, the eldest son of Lys Lemaine, who resided in Fond-des-Blancs. With unwavering dedication, Gelin and Philomene embraced their roles as legal guardians to Oriol and Lyonel for many years, providing them with a loving and supportive family environment.
