My name is Lesly Cange, amid the challenges of my parents' health issues, a new reality has emerged, impressing upon me the immense importance of the family unit and the need to connect with our ancestral roots to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves. Over the years, I have often yearned to find a family member who could offer insights into my paternal grandfather, a figure I deeply admire. However, my search has not been successful in uncovering much information about him.

Amidst the intricate challenges surrounding my parents' health, I have found solace in engaging in heartfelt conversations with brother Gelin Jr and my cousin Oriol Cange Benoit, sharing an earnest desire to delve into the depths of our family's history. Oriol's generous spirit knows no bounds, as he selflessly imparts fascinating stories that ignite my curiosity and inspire me. It was in June 2023 that a significant dream unfolded, revealing a profound mission that now resonates within me: to establish a dedicated family archive, a treasury of knowledge transcending generations.
